Clinical Practice and Professional Development

Our clinicians work with individuals experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.

We value clinicians with experience or interest in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and other established treatment modalities.

Inspire Behavioral Health offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment that includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, primary care physicians, and therapists.

Clinical Supervision and Mentorship

We welcome early-career clinicians and professionals pursuing independent licensure. Our team includes dedicated clinical supervisors with extensive experience in supervision, mentorship, and professional development.

We are committed to supporting clinical growth through experienced supervision, interdisciplinary collaboration, and opportunities to develop expertise in specialized areas of behavioral health.

Practice Opportunities

Clinical opportunities include in-person and telehealth services, with an anticipated caseload of approximately 20–30 clients per week, depending on the position, experience, and professional goals.
