We are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our team. We’re looking for clinicians licensed in Virginia who are passionate about serving a diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults, and who have experience providing evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma disorders, substance use, and eating disorders. Ideal candidates can integrate CBT, DBT, and mindfulness into treatment, maintain a caseload of 20–30 clients (in-person or telehealth), and thrive in a supportive, multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, PMHNPs, primary care, psychologists, and therapists.
